All information you share with us is stored securely and used only for the intended scope of work.

 

To offer further assurance, Chromatic Studio is fully open to signing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request. We understand that many of our clients operate in competitive industries or are developing innovative ideas that require additional legal protections. If you or your company has an NDA you’d like us to review and sign, we’re happy to accommodate. Alternatively, we can also provide a mutual NDA template upon request.

 

In some cases, we may use trusted third-party tools such as cloud storage, project management software, or file transfer services to collaborate efficiently. These platforms are chosen based on their high standards for data security and privacy. Under no circumstances will we sell or use your information for marketing purposes.

 

We may retain project data after completion to reference for internal quality control or as part of our backup systems. However, if you prefer that all your data be deleted once the project is completed, we will gladly comply with a written request.
